Pursuant to AB 144, Staff has calculated the Interruptible Irrigation Rate for Sierra Pacific Power Company (the IS-2 rate) as the average of the lowest charge per kwh offered by each public utility and each cooperative association in this state. This chart will be modified each year pusuant to the regulations of the PUCN.
